These terms apply to every order placed on eemira.com. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. About us
Eemira (“we”, “us”) is an online store selling household, fashion, beauty and gift products to customers in Pakistan through eemira.com. You can contact us at support@eemira.com.
2. Who can order
You must be able to enter into a binding contract and must give a complete, accurate delivery address in Pakistan. We do not currently accept orders from outside Pakistan.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens, and natural or handmade items vary a little from piece to piece. Packaging may change from what is pictured.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and will tell you promptly.
5. Placing an order
Adding items to your cart and completing the checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm that we have accepted your order. We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if the delivery address is incomplete, or if we suspect misuse.
6. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay the courier when your parcel is delivered. You must pay the full order total as shown at checkout.
7. Delivery
Delivery timescales and charges are set out on our shipping and returns page. Timescales are estimates, not guarantees; we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Refusing or missing a delivery
If a parcel cannot be delivered because nobody is available, the address is wrong or the order is refused without a valid reason, we may decline future Cash on Delivery orders from that address.
9. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You may cancel before dispatch by contacting us. After delivery, our returns terms apply — see shipping and returns. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer law.
10. Your account
If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us if you think it has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or scrape or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
12. Intellectual property
The Eemira name, logo, site design, text and photography belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
13. Reviews and submissions
If you post a review you confirm it reflects your genuine experience. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful or irrelevant.
14. Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or business. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
15. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
