This policy explains what personal information Eemira collects when you use eemira.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We only ask for what we genuinely need to sell you something and get it delivered.
Who we are
Eemira is an online store selling household, fashion, beauty and gift products to customers in Pakistan. Our website is eemira.com and you can reach us at support@eemira.com.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, delivery address, phone number and email address, plus the items you ordered and the order total.
- Account information: if you create an account, your login details and any addresses you save.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected automatically by our web server and by cookies.
We do not collect or store card or bank details, because we currently accept Cash on Delivery only.
Why we use it
- To take, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To handle returns, refunds and customer-service questions.
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraudulent or abusive orders.
- To meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with:
- Courier companies, so they can deliver your parcel and collect payment. They receive your name, address and phone number.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database on our behalf.
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.
Cookies
Our shop uses cookies to remember what is in your cart, to keep you signed in if you have an account, and to keep the checkout secure. Blocking cookies in your browser will stop the cart and checkout from working properly.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete the account. Contact-form messages are kept while the query is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your account and its data. Email support@eemira.com and we will respond. Note that we may need to keep order records even after an account is closed, where the law requires it.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and access to the store’s admin area is restricted and password-protected. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page. Please check it from time to time.
